Experience has no limits.
In the course of our careers, we are faced with different living situations and challenges which sometimes influence our work. Whether you are expecting a child, are caring for a family member or would like to change between full-time/part-time work or to a different shift, JOST always tries to find a suitable, individualised solution for its employees.

Development on a level playing field
JOST is characterised by flat hierarchies, i.e. there are a maximum of five hierarchical levels up to the executive management. Across hierarchical levels and departments, we meet each other on a level playing field and value each other’s professional competence and personal commitment. Both specialist and managerial positions are filled by external and internal applicants at JOST. You will receive individualised training or coaching adapted to the (managerial) experience that you have acquired thus far and your further training needs. We refer to a comprehensive catalogue of further training measures.
